For any form of signal issue please follow the below steps:
1. Please check your postcode on the online signal checkers to see if there are any mast faults or signal issues due to mass usage:
- status.o2.co.uk
- Vodafone.co.uk
- Coverage.ee.co.uk
2. Perform a hard reset (turn the handset off and on again), Remove sim card for 5 minutes re enter and attempt to use handset.
3. Perform a manual roam (manual network selection).
IPHONE
- Settings
- Mobile data
- Network selection
- Turn off the automatic toggle (right side)
- Select your network provider (O2, EE etc)
- Turn the phone off
- Turn the phone on
- Attempt to use the phone
SAMSUNG
- Select Apps
- Choose settings
- Select mobile networks or more networks
- Select network operators
- Search networks
- Choose your network
- Turn the phone off
- Turn the phone on
- Attempt to use the phone.
