For any form of signal issue please follow the below steps:

1. Please check your postcode on the online signal checkers to see if there are any mast faults or signal issues due to mass usage:

  • status.o2.co.uk
  • Vodafone.co.uk
  • Coverage.ee.co.uk

 

2. Perform a hard reset (turn the handset off and on again), Remove sim card for 5 minutes re enter and attempt to use handset.

 

3. Perform a manual roam (manual network selection).

 

            IPHONE

  • Settings
  • Mobile data 
  • Network selection
  • Turn off the automatic toggle (right side)
  • Select your network provider (O2, EE etc)
  • Turn the phone off
  • Turn the phone on
  • Attempt to use the phone

 

            SAMSUNG

  • Select Apps
  • Choose settings
  • Select mobile networks or more networks
  • Select network operators
  • Search networks
  • Choose your network
  • Turn the phone off
  • Turn the phone on
  • Attempt to use the phone.
