If throughout your contract you decide you need a new number there are multiple things we can do for you:

 

You can renumber your line in which the network charge £45.00 + vat for the process of doing this function.

 

To do this contact our support team and state you require a renumber we will contact the network for you and this will happen on your current sim card within 24 hours.

 

It is best to do this on your billing refresh data as renumbering pro rata’s your bill, once this is completed we will retrieve your new number and send this to yourself. This does not create a new contractual agreement it sits in line with the current one.
