When you take a deal through Ice Communications your warranty lies with the brand itself, for example Apple and Samsung.
If you are having some handset issues such as slow performance or a faulty button etc you would need to contact your brand of phone, do let our support team know as we will provide you with a proof of purchase to state you purchased this through a third party.
From this the brand will assist where possible, if they need to then replace your handset they will then do so.

Samsung’s warranty is for 2 years once it has been ordered
