In this instance you would need to call or email support on support@ice-comms.co.uk or 0333 202 5000 and ask us to bar your old sim card to prevent anyone intercepting it and incurring high charges. 


Once this has been barred, we can then ship you a replacement, UK only. You will need to notify us when you receive it so we can activate it for you because sim cards are not pre-activated. Please note, replacement sim cards are all free of charge unless you are requesting them in bulk, whereby we may charge a small fee.


Dependent on the network, there may also be the possibility to provide an E-sim, please ask support for more details.
