A porting authorisation code commonly called a PAC code allows you to take your old number with you when you change service providers. You'll be asked for your PAC when you want to transfer your number either to us from your old provider or from us to a new provider.
If you are thinking of leaving Ice comms, you will need to contact us on 0333 202 5000 or [email protected] and we will be able to either provide the PAC code to you or advise the steps on how to obtain it.
Please note, as a third party, Ice comms do not have the ability to provide the PAC code over the phone and in certain cases, we are also not able to provide it in the 2 hours time frame due to Ice comms not being the network.
If you are billed by the network directly, you will need to obtain this directly from them, however please be advised that if you are still in contract and you use the PAC code before the contract end date, you will be charged termination fees from the network and Ice comms.
