Once you have ported over to us here at Ice comms, this subsequently terminates the contract with your previous provider, however there are 2 main reasons why you are still being billed by them.
The first reason would be that it is simply your final bill now your services have been ceased. The network will generate a final bill along with any termination fees that you are liable for.
The second reason would be that you have left numbers live. In certain cases, a customer will decide to being their numbers over to us however there might be a number that you have decided you no longer need, in which case it will need to be disconnected by them. You will be charged for this until the number is disconnected, this process typically takes 30 days. If you haven't requested this to be disconnected, you will still continue to be charged until you terminate the line completely.
This can only be done by contacting your previous provider unfortunately since Ice comms are not the account holders of that line we will not be able to assist with that particular query.
