Propel are the leasing company who you pay directly for the lease of the handsets.
Propel do not send out any invoices in respect of the handsets, however they do send out what is called a schedule of payments and in this it is detailed the amount they will take from you along with the dates they will take this.
This is typically sent to you at the very start of the contract however if you find that you have not received this or you have misplaced it, you can simply request a new one by calling Propel on 01633 415222 or by email on customerservice@propelfinance.co.uk
Once your contract with Propel has ended, the handsets are yours to keep.
