There will be 2 reasons why you have been charged more on your Propel agreement.

If this is your very first bill from Propel, this will have included a £50 +VAT admin fee, however the good news is, we actually credit this back to you. If you are billed by Ice comms then all you need to do is advise us that you have been billed for this and we will add the £50 +VAT as a credit on your Ice mobile bills. If you are billed by the network direct, then we will require an invoice for our accounting purposes and we will then refund this to you directly in to your bank account.

If this isnt your first bill and you have been with Propel for circa 12 months, then this will be the £40 +VAT annual fee that they apply. Unfortunately this isnt something that Ice comms credit back to you. As per the terms and conditions for Propel, they do advise that they charge this on the anniversary of the contract being taken out each year.
