Depending on what you have received the sim card for will depend on which step you need to take next. 


If you have received a sim card because you have lost your old one, the process is very straightforward. You will just need to call us on 0333 202 5000 or email us on [email protected] and ask us to activate it. Please alert the agent to the fact that the sim card was a replacement so they can make sure that they also remove any bars or restrictions when activating the new sim card. 


If the new sim card is because you are connecting a new number/porting a number over to us, then you will need to speak to the connections department in order for them to advise the next steps in getting your number connected.
