When it comes to changing your mind about a contract, regular consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off period” to cancel their purchase and get their money back. Business to business contracts do not include a cooling-off period, meaning that there'll be no space to leave a contract if you change your mind

As a business customer, you’re not entitled to the same regulatory cancellation rights that consumers are protected by which means that once you have signed the contract, it therefore becomes legally binding and as such, you are bound by the terms and conditions surrounding that contract including any termination fees should you wish to cancel.
