A hardware fund means any agreed credit for the customer based on an upgrade, or additional service or accessory purchase, which is not taken as cash back but can be be credited against future purchases of goods in accordance with this Agreement.
If the salesman has agreed to provide you with a hardware fund, this will be clearly demonstrated on your purchase order.
Should you wish to make a purchase from it, all you need to is email us at [email protected] and let us know the make and model of the handset you are interested in and one of the agents will provide you with a price. You will need to confirm the name and address where you are wanting this shipped to but please note, we can only ship to the UK and if the handset is in stock, typically this will be with you the next day.
Instead of us providing you with a price, should you prefer, you also have the option of providing us with a link to a handset that you are interested in and we will order it from there.
If you purchase a handset yourself, upon receipt of an invoice from you along with the receipt for the handset, we will reimburse you taking the money out of the hardware fund.
You are not limited to purchasing just handsets from this fund, you can also purchase accessories, laptops, iPads etc.
