Every customer has can access to their online billing; it just needs to be set up.
Depending on who you are billed by this will either be by logging on to myo2, myvoda or myEE.
Access to o2 needs to be set up by Ice comms due to O2 policy.
In order to get you set up, you will need to either call us on 0333 202 5000 or email us on [email protected] and let us know the email address of the person that you are having this set up in, the nominated end users full name and their o2 mobile number. You will then receive an email from o2 that is valid for 96 hours. In this email it contains a link that takes you to the myo2 set up page. Follow the instructions to successfully get yourself set up.
For Voda, you will need to follow the instructions listed below.

Select the head/shoulders icon - Login in to My Vodafone
Click Not registered? Create an account at the bottom of the screen
Enter your Vodafone phone number and click submit
You will receive an SMS with a security code on your phone
Enter the security code that you have received
Tick on (I am the account holder) if the option is there
Tick on account details
Enter your date of birth
Enter your account number
Enter your method of payment and then submit
Write down your username
Choose your email or any unique name to be your username
Choose a password
Choose a security question with an easy answer for it
Tick on terms & conditions and then submit
Once you now on the page of (registration complete) then you will receive an email from Vodafone
Check the email and click on the verification link to guide you to your account
Register then for pay monthly online bills
Enter your phone number and submit
For EE its below
- Use this link to enter your name, email address, password and mobile number
- You’ll be prompted to add any accounts by entering a mobile number
- We’ll send you an email to verify your email address, open it and click the link within 24hrs
Alternatively if you are billed by ice comms, as soon as your invoice is generated, you are emailed a link containing your login details along with a copy of your invoice.
