Propel don’t actually send out invoices, they send out a schedule of payments instead. In this, it is detailed every payment that they will take along with the date this payment will be taken. 

You can use this in place of an invoice. This is sent to you at the start of the contract but if you haven’t received this, you can simply request it again by calling Propel on 01633 415222 or emailing [email protected]
