The date that your data refreshes will depend on who bills you. 


If you are billed by the network directly then your refresh date will be the day that your contract went live. If you call us on 0333 202 5000 or email us on [email protected] an agent will be able to confirm this for you. 


Alternatively if you are billed by Ice comms, then your refresh date is the 1st of the month.
