Once you have signed up, you will be given a designated 'go live' date. In the meantime we will send you all the equipment you will need, along with the necessary instructions to help set it all up. You should NOT attempt to connect your equipment before your 'go live' date.
Your router will be pre-configured with the correct details to connect to your broadband supply, so all you need to do is plug it in.
The approximate ‘Go Live’ date for the connection will be discussed to meet your needs, However Openreach tend to live by a 10 days from ordering to connecting.
