If you have just moved to our services, you no longer have to dial 9 to get an outside line.

If your old provider required you to press 9 to dial out, then your fax machine, franking machine or card machine may have already been programmed to pre dial 9 before dialing the number you wish to contact.

If you contact your supplier for that device and request that they remove the 9 prefix from the dialer, this will allow all outbound calls to dial correctly.
