Here at Ice-Comms, we have a billing period of the 1st day to the last day of the month.

 

Depending on the day of the month that your services go live, you could receive pro-rata billing on your first invoice. This means that if, for example, your Broadband went live on the 15th of the month, your first invoice will show a Broadband charge from the 15th until the end of the month and then for the same service, your month in advance. You will only ever pay for a service from the date that it goes live with us.
