As far as telecommunications invoices go, ours are relatively easy to understand. 

When you receive the billing email, it will contain 3 files; Invoice, Report and Call Statement.

The Invoice will show you the full amount payable both with and without VAT as well as a loose breakdown of services against call spend. 

The Report page gives you a better understanding of exactly how much each service is costing you. It will show you the Quantity, telephone number or CLI that the service is on, a description of the service, cost per unit and finally the total cost for the service. 

Your call statement will give you a full breakdown of your calls for the month. It automatically gives you a breakdown per CLI. 

Other forms of  customer statements can be requested and raised if we have the ability to do so.
